We start with two gigantic pieces of news: first, Sony has dropped a bit of a bombshell in the form of a Blu-Ray-less PS3 for $150! Secondly, a reliable source has confirmed that The Last Remnant will boast a playable demo of Final Fantasy XIII AND confirmed evidence of a Final Fantasy VII PS3 remake. How's that for a purchasing option? We've also got a great look at the first five missions of Grand Theft Auto IV, an in-depth preview of Golden Axe: Beast Rider, and our review for the great MLB 08: The Show. A very reliable inside tipster at SCEJ has just provided us with two of the biggest pieces of news of 2008: The Last Remnant will include a 22-minute playable demo of Final Fantasy XIII PLUS a concrete confirmation of a Final Fantasy VII remake for the PS3!

SCEE Confirms Store Overhaul For April
Both the European and US PlayStation Stores will undergo a major upgrade over the next couple of weeks, which means there won't be anymore updates until the transformation is complete. But the new-look Store is going to be prettier and more functional!

My favorite April Fool's jokes so far is one all of Youtube's front page videos are RickRolls, World of Warcraft annouced a "bard class" where the player uses the keyboard like a GH controller to "Melt Faces", Gamespots page of the ridiculous articles, or the "Legend of Zelda Movie"
Well, I couldn't track down a 1 litre bottle, so I just used my finger, and we ended up going to a speak-easy.
Happy April Fool's, I guess. I was looking forward to seeing that Smart Water bottle up a dirt star.
Good God the RickRoll prank is an instant classic - nearly 6 million views now.
This has been a damn good April Fools day.
